Shipping policy

Small-parcel shipping: Eligible items ship by carrier to the address you enter at checkout. Available methods and the total shipping charge are shown before you place your order. Items shipped from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages.

Local pickup: Products marked pickup-only, including pallets and some oversized items, are not shipped as standard parcels. Pickup is by appointment at Pops' Stuff, 3670 Loudon Street, Granville, OH 43023. We will coordinate a pickup time; please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm pickup arrangements.

Freight: When freight is available for a large or heavy item, we quote it individually before you agree to the freight charge. Availability, cost, and delivery timing depend on the item and destination. Email info@popsstuff.com with the product link and destination ZIP code to request a quote. Unless a freight arrangement is confirmed, an item marked pickup-only must be collected locally.
